We use CJ Dropshipping primarily, with delivery estimates as follows:

  • Tracking information is shared immediately post-shipment via email and SMS.

  • Holidays, customs processes, or remote destinations may add delays. Always check tracking or contact support for updates.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are included at checkout and are based on actual weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen method.

  • If actual shipping costs exceed the estimate, an adjustment may be applied ℹ️

🧾 Customs, Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for any import VAT, duties, or customs charges incurred in their country

  • High-value orders may also attract duties; we recommend reviewing local import fee regulations ahead of purchase.

📦 Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

  • If there’s no update for over 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.

  • We use CJ’s dispute system to resolve missing/damaged packages—providing reshipment or full refund after investigation

🛑 Return to Sender / Failed Delivery

  • Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or refusal of delivery without request may result in packages returned to sender.

  • In such cases, we reserve the right to charge reshipping fees or issue a partial refund after deducting original shipping costs .
